You will lead portfolio planning, cross-pillar integration, and executive decision support to drive measurable outcomes.

• Strategic operations expertise within large, complex organizations.
• Exceptional executive partnership and decision-support skills.
• Work horizontally across expert functions and drive follow-through.
• Strong customer orientation; leverage stakeholder insight and data.
• Financial forecasting, budgeting, and business-case development.
• Ability to establish review and learning mechanisms (premortems, reviews).
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives from strategy to impact.
• Healthcare/academic medicine experience preferred.
