Innova Solutions is hiring an Order Management Specialist to support our client with end-to-end order processing and customer communications in Minneapolis, MN. This full-time contract role focuses on ensuring accurate order status updates, timely resolutions of billing issues, and proactive engagement with customers to drive satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years in order management or related fields, a high school diploma, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or a related B2B operations environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to manage customer interactions with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information about products, services, and order status.
• Take ownership of customer concerns, resolving service and billing-related issues through refunds, adjustments, order corrections, or other appropriate actions.
• Proactively engage with customers regarding inquiries, investigation outcomes, claim resolutions, and planned account adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex customer concerns that require further investigation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by balancing operational excellence with a customer-first mindset.
