ATI seeks an experienced Senior Process Leader/Business Analyst to drive enterprise solutions across Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain applications. You will partner with stakeholders and Digital Technology to translate business needs into effective technology outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, requirements gathering, and collaborative leadership to deliver cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical and business resources to deliver outcomes in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Leading development and implementation of projects with detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports.
• Eliciting business requirements and translating them into functional specs and technical solutions.
• Designing, modifying, and implementing information systems.
• Documenting requirements, risks, gaps, and design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional work with stakeholders, SMEs, developers to define and deliver projects with business impact.
• Research and analyze user requirements and processes for Oracle Order Management and SCM.
• Develop and manage project plans with tasks, resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Create system specifications, flow diagrams, presentations, and training materials; perform as-is and to-be analyses.
• Collaborate with developers to define logic, data definitions, and system designs.
• Lead QA, UAT, and end-user training activities.
• Maintain procedures and standards; communicate enhancement recommendations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and promote digital technology strategy.
