Job summary

ATI Materials is seeking a Lead Functional Analyst - Oracle EBS Supply Chain to drive ERP transformations and supply chain process optimization across Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.9. You will partner with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, and Finance to standardize processes and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting ERP Supply Chain environments.
• Strong functional expertise with Oracle R12+ including inventory, purchasing, order management, OPM, planning, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain process management and ERP delivery across Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.9.
• Serve as the functional and process leader for Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment integrations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define strategies, identify gaps, and implement scalable enterprise solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on standardization, automation, and cross-functional integration.
• Lead and manage project delivery for Supply Chain initiatives, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with DT teams to ensure secure and scalable Oracle EBS integrations.
• Manage release planning, patching, maintenance, upgrade coordination, and governance.
• Develop process documentation, designs, training materials, and operational procedures.
• Support reporting, analytics, and master data governance for Supply Chain.
