Job summary

• 1+ years budget/schedule/subcontractor management in multi-vendor setups
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance for this role
• Bachelor's degree required
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on project needs
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated project plan and schedule across workstreams
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities: planning, design, config, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment readiness
• Ensure requirements traceability and design decisions across teams
• Direct PMO operations: governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, quality control
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, multi-vendor teams for integrated delivery
• Oversee change management and training for user adoption
• Manage project financials, contracts, staffing, budgeting, invoicing, and act as client-facing lead
