Job summary

Mott Corp., a manufacturing leader in filtration and flow-control, is seeking a Director of Business Optimization to lead enterprise-wide improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, and the 80/20 framework. You will partner with Operations, Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to drive growth, reduce complexity, and improve customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, business optimization, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation and improvement initiatives.
• Experience implementing 80/20 methodologies and complexity reduction strategies.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide business optimization strategy and drive high-impact improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to improve growth and profitability.
• Develop performance metrics and reporting to measure business impact.
• Lead deployment of 80/20 operating framework and complexity reduction efforts.
• Coach leaders and teams on Lean, Continuous Improvement, and 80/20 methodologies.
