Job summary

Walman is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen relationships with existing customers in the Philadelphia area. You will drive sales within the current account base and develop new business, while collaborating with partners to exceed quotas and deliver strategic insights to doctors and opticians.

The role requires 5+ years in account management in the optical sector, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in account management or similar role, preferably in optical.
• Strong interpersonal skills and data analysis abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to negotiate at all levels.
• Willingness to travel and drive a company automobile.
