Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Strong written and verbal communication, including editing and proofreading
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make sound decisions under pressure, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Business-level Japanese is preferred but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison to facilitate communication and coordination across various departments within the U.S. office and with overseas offices.
• Review social media content to ensure alignment with company standards, brand guidelines, and business objectives.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, communication, and project visibility.
• Provide day-to-day administrative, operational, and project management support.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and centralized trackers to support effective project execution.
