We're posting this role on behalf of our client, a globally recognized manufacturer of PC hardware and gaming peripherals, best known for computer cooling solutions, as well as PC cases, power supplies, keyboards, mice, and other gaming and enthusiast-PC accessories.
We're looking for someone who has come up through the agency side of marketing: a marketing agency, event/production company, or PR agency background, where fast-paced client service, tight deadlines, and on-the-ground event execution are second nature. The ideal candidate combines strong project management instincts with hands-on experience running trade show booths and product roadshows, and is comfortable being the connective tissue between marketing, sales, product, and external creative/production partners.
1. Marketing Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Act as the key communication point between the marketing team and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Management. Coordinate internal resources and external partners — advertising agencies, creative teams, photographers, and vendors. Manage project timelines, requirements, resources, and deliverables. Track progress, follow up on action items, and proactively resolve issues. Support marketing initiatives and continuously improve marketing processes and operations.
2. Video & Brand Content Production Support
Support planning and execution of brand videos, product materials, and marketing content projects. Prepare video scripts, content outlines, and production briefs. Coordinate with advertising agencies, photographers, video production teams, and external vendors throughout production. Support on-site production activities. Ensure marketing materials align with brand positioning and business goals.
3. Trade Show & Roadshow Execution (core focus of this role)
Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, product roadshows, and customer events across North America, with support for select global events. Own event logistics end-to-end: booth and venue planning, promotional materials, product demo setup, vendor coordination, shipping/drayage, and on-site staffing. Lead product roadshow execution across key markets — event planning, product demonstrations, promotional materials, and coordination with internal and external partners. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure messaging, demos, and customer-facing materials align with product positioning. Run on-site event and roadshow operations, including setup, product demonstrations, customer engagement, and real-time troubleshooting. Collect customer feedback, event insights, and performance results to inform future events and product initiatives. Travel frequently — domestically and internationally — to support trade shows, roadshows, and customer events.
