Stress-Free Auto Care is seeking an Operations Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams across the company. You will ensure programs are delivered on schedule, with clear ownership and measurable results, while partnering with executive leadership.

The role requires exceptionally organized, analytical, and execution-focused leadership in a fast-growing, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational leadership, project management, consulting, business operations, or related experience.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ownership assignments, and reporting structures.
• Ensure initiatives stay on schedule and obstacles are resolved quickly.
• Maintain visibility into major priorities and elevate risks as needed.
• Prepare materials and analyses for leadership meetings and board sessions.
• Coordinate follow-up and accountability across leadership teams.
