Qualifications

• 3+ years in operational leadership, project management, or related experience.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Independent work style with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ownership, and reporting structures.
• Maintain visibility into major priorities and elevate risks proactively.
• Support executive leadership and cross-functional collaboration on priorities.
• Prepare materials and analyses for leadership and board meetings.
• Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate weekly business review reporting and follow-up actions.
• Assist in scalable process development as the company grows.
