Stress-Free Auto Care is seeking an Operations Program Manager to accelerate strategic initiatives across our growing organization. You will work with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and priorities translated into measurable results.

This role is ideal for an organized, analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, serving the Silicon Valley and Peninsula region in California.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational leadership, project management, consulting, business operations, or related experience.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, ownership assignments, and reporting structures.
• Maintain visibility into major priorities and elevate risks proactively.
• Prepare materials and analyses for leadership meetings and strategic planning.
• Coordinate follow-up and accountability across leadership teams.
• Manage action item tracking and ensure commitments are completed on schedule.
• Monitor operational performance metrics across stores, districts, and regions.
• Identify performance trends and risks requiring leadership attention.
• Support acquisitions, store openings, and growth initiatives as needed.
• Document, improve, and standardize operational processes.
