Job summary

FMA Services seeks an experienced Operations Manager for Antwerp port region, on-site at client location. You will lead strategic operations, maintenance optimization, and Seveso compliance, partnering with leadership to improve reliability, safety and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include evaluating maintenance systems, overseeing budgets, and guiding improvement programs, audits and contractor management in complex industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Chemical Technology, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years in an industrial environment, with experience in Seveso environments.
• Strong leadership, strategic insight and hands-on mentality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for reliability, safety and cost efficiency.
• Act as strategic sparring partner for plant, maintenance and operations leadership.
• Guide transformation and optimization projects.
