Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Site Manager to oversee 24/7 on-site operations at an industrial facility. You will be responsible for safe, compliant production, maintenance leadership, and a culture of operational excellence.

You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and regulators, manage budgeting and P&L, champion safety, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvement in reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations management experience in a heavy industrial environment.
• Strong expertise in preventive maintenance programs and industrial safety practices.
• Proven ability to lead maintenance teams and manage operations involving heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated skills in project planning, business strategy, and clear, effective communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Adaptable, proactive, ethical, and results-oriented leadership style.
