Job summary

Target is seeking a Manager, Global Supply Planning Operations to lead cross-functional projects that advance GSP priorities. You will translate business objectives into plans, mobilize teams across Planning, Sourcing, and Technology, and drive execution with governance and clear milestones.

You will manage risks, dependencies, and changes while using data to measure outcomes and continuously improve operating routines. This on-site role is based at our Downtown MN campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in project/program management, supply chain, operations, business transformation, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from definition through implementation.
• Strong ability to lead project teams and drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Experience establishing project governance, including routines, leadership updates, decision forums, action tracking, and escalation paths.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from definition through implementation.
• Mobilize and lead project teams across GSP, Planning & Inventory Management, Sourcing, Technology, and Data.
• Establish governance, routines, and escalation paths for projects.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate progress to leaders across functions and geographies.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize GSP processes and operating models.
• Partner with stakeholders to move solutions from design into execution and adoption.
• Use data and analytics to inform priorities and measure outcomes.
