Amazon.com Services LLC in New York City is seeking a Sr. Strategy & Ops Manager for Creator Services to shape strategy, manage day-to-day operations, and lead cross-functional initiatives across Creator Partnerships, Wondery, and related teams.

You will build frameworks, drive business reviews, partner with Finance and Engineering, and translate ambiguous problems into scalable solutions. Located in NYC, this role offers high visibility and senior stakeholder exposure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and developing actionable data-driven business recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across multiple functions.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day Creator Services and Creator Ad Partnerships operations, including meetings, goal planning, and communications.
• Lead strategic projects; tackle ambiguous problems with analysis and strong business judgment across creator economy, monetization, AI capabilities, and content distribution.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities; collaborate with exec leadership, Finance, Content, Product and Engineering to assess potential partnerships, investments, or acquisitions.
• Build and maintain strategic frameworks and operating mechanisms for fast, data-driven decision making.
• Partner with finance and BI to develop dashboards and reporting of key metrics.
• Support quarterly business reviews, operating plans, and strategic planning cycles.
