Job summary

NewWorld Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Leadership role to guide Creator Command Centers across client engagements. You will oversee strategy directors, manage cross‑functional teams, and shape how work is scoped, staffed, and delivered with senior leadership.

You will build a repeatable practice, partner with executives, and ensure results are measured, driving proposals and growth for mission‑driven organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic communications, campaigns, or client leadership.
• Experience leading multiple engagements and teams concurrently.
• Experience building a repeatable service model or practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee every active Creator Command Center from launch through final reporting.
• Hold each engagement to its scope, budget, timeline, and quality bar.
• Lead Strategy Directors and teams across engagements.
• Turn results into case studies and proposals with the Senior Program Director.
