Abhito Llc is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CSO in New York, onsite. You will shape the company’s strategic roadmap, translate strategy into executable plans, and lead annual and quarterly planning with executive oversight.

You will drive market research, financial modeling, and GTM analysis to inform decisions, while coordinating product and go-to-market efforts. MBA preferred; strong track record in high-growth environments is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategic ops at a high-growth startup.
• 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking.
• 2+ years as an operator at a startup — Chief of Staff, strategy, or special projects.
• Demonstrated promotion or career progression at a single company.
• Strong financial modeling, market research, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Cross-functional executive stakeholder management without supervision.
• Founding experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Partner closely with the CSO to define, prioritize, and drive the company's strategic roadmap.
• Translate high-level strategy into clear plans, goals, and execution frameworks.
• Lead strategic planning processes including annual planning, quarterly priorities, and executive reviews.
• Track progress against strategic initiatives and surface risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations.
• Support the evaluation, launch, and scaling of new product lines and market verticals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform GTM decisions.
• Serve as the connective tissue between strategy, product, and go-to-market teams.
• Prepare high-quality materials for executive meetings, board discussions, and external stakeholders.
• Step in as owner and operator on critical initiatives as needed.
• Attract top-tier talent to join the team.
