Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined experience across Investment Banking or Management Consulting and Big Tech, holding roles such as Technical Assistant, Product Manager, Business Development, Chief of Staff or similar.
• Deep technical foundation with the ability to translate complex technical concepts and products for engineering and product leaders.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills; experience writing across formats (presentations, briefs, social posts).
• Proven track record of stepping into high-stakes meetings and building credibility with C-suite stakeholders and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a high-leverage surrogate for the CSO, attending key meetings and customer discussions.
• Partner with the CSO as a strategic sounding board to simplify problems and stay focused on priorities.
• Translate strategic vision into executive-ready decks and prep materials for meetings.
• Help articulate impact internally and externally through strategy retrospectives and All-Hands.
• Move complex strategy projects forward, monitor timelines, and prepare executive updates.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing to align on core product strategy.
