• 3+ years in consulting, banking, product, operations, or early-stage startups.
• Have taken projects from idea to execution on your own.
• Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and data tools (SQL, Excel/Sheets).
• Make confident decisions with imperfect information.
• Biased toward action and low-ego.

Responsabilidades

• Own 0-to-1 launches from ambiguity to execution, building playbooks and systems to scale.
• Manage appeals filing at scale across counties, with a team of 5+ contractors.
• Shape product requirements from customer pain points and contractor workflows.
• Translate local property tax rules into customer guides and product specs.
• Solve high-impact problems with urgency and data.
