Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Senior Air Force Civil Engineer Operations Strategic Analyst to support the AF/A4C. You will bridge gap between base-level execution and Headquarters policy, translating field realities into enterprise strategy for asset management and readiness across the DoD.

Responsibilities include governance, performance metrics, and executive briefings for GO/SES leadership, with emphasis on modernization, risk tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve civil

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
Ten (10) or more years of experience supporting Air Force or DoD programs.
Proven experience developing, tracking, and executing enterprise strategic implementation plans, roadmaps, or POA&Ms.
In-depth knowledge of Air Force CES organization and installation-level civil engineering processes.
Experience conducting program analysis and producing executive-level decision products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and executive dashboards.
Prepare concise, decision-ready briefings and memos for GO/SES leadership.
Coordinate across HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs and CES squadrons to align priorities.
Drive modernization initiatives, UFC updates, and asset management governance.
Analyze work orders, asset management, and service contracts to standardize processes.
Research new technologies and predictive maintenance to accelerate readiness.
