Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking an Air Force Civil Engineer Operations Strategy and Governance Analyst to bridge tactical Civil Engineer activities with Headquarters policy, ensuring mission readiness and statutory compliance across Air Force installations.

You will lead governance efforts, develop DAFIs/DAFMANs/UFC guidance, support executive decision-making, and coordinate with HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, and installation staffs to advance the AF/A4C SIP and enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years supporting Department of the Air Force or DoD programs.
• Action Officer Expertise: experience supporting senior military/civilian leaders.
• Air Force Civil Engineer knowledge of squadron organization and base-level operations.
• Audit & Compliance Coordination: experience coordinating audits and CAPs/POA&Ms.

Responsibilities

• Develop governance documents (DAFIs/DAFMANs/UFC) and implementation guidance under AF/A4C oversight.
• Serve as the lead Action Officer (AO) for assigned AF/DoD actions; prepare executive summaries and briefing decks.
• Coordinate audits and track CAPs/POA&Ms with executive progress updates to senior leaders.
• Collaborate across HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, and installation stakeholders for enterprise initiatives.
• Facilitate governance forums, working groups, and CECIP reviews; produce minutes and status reports.
• Evaluate programs, identify trends, and provide actionable readiness recommendations.
