Responsabilités

• Partner with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to provide clear, concise insights that support business decisions.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and operating reviews translating complex information into clear implications.
• Own and drive cross-functional programs from problem definition through execution with milestones and measures of success.
• Identify and establish scalable, repeatable operating mechanisms for processes.
• Manage and analyze operational data to reveal trends, risks, and opportunities for action.
• Translate data into a narrative that informs leadership decisions.
• Maintain reporting that provides visibility into operations, infrastructure demand, consumption, capacity, and performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance and others to align priorities and resource planning.
• Support headcount planning, resource allocation, and leadership decision-making.
• Improve data quality and usability while accommodating evolving source systems.
• Establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence outcomes.
