The role functions as an individual contributor with delegated authority to convene stakeholders, structure work, track commitments, and elevate barriers across the enterprise within the Operations Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic operations, enterprise transformation, or strategy execution.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and governance routines.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives with stakeholders across the organization.
• Diagnose barriers to execution and implement practical remedies to improve delivery.
• Convene teams, facilitate decisions, and drive projects to intended outcomes.
• Establish ownership, decision rights, cadence, and measures of success for strategic programs.
• Develop repeatable templates, dashboards, and governance artifacts for ongoing programs.
