• Manage calendars, travel, correspondence, records and financial documentation.
• Reconcile corporate credit card expenses and handle confidential information.
• Coordinate departmental meetings, events and initiatives with stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas, presentations and reports for leadership.
• Document outcomes, track actions and ensure follow-up on tasks.
• Develop SOPs, workflows and operational documentation, maintaining version control.
