CMC is seeking an Operations & Sales Manager to lead market strategies, manage operations teams, and drive customer satisfaction. The role may be performed remotely with up to 40% travel to support customer relations, job sites, and regional initiatives.

You will ensure safety compliance, oversee detailing, planning, and production, and partner with HR to guide staff development and performance reviews. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

• Ensure safety and environmental concerns are addressed.
