You will lead cross-functional teams across site management, maintenance, and commissioning, collaborating with owners and EPCM stakeholders to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time delivery. The role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 15+ years in operation excellence and readiness program delivery.
• Cross-functional experience across site management, production, maintenance, health, safety, environment and community.
• Proven success in client engagement and business development.
• Deep experience in Metals, Energy or Infrastructure sectors.

Responsabilités

• Role model safety culture and collaborative leadership across projects.
• Develop and implement operations readiness strategies for large, complex projects.
• Oversee planning, scheduling and resource allocation to sustain operations.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders during planning to ensure alignment.
• Lead site operations readiness teams to deliver safe, quality, timely results.
• Mentor and coach emerging operations readiness managers and teams.
• Travel to remote sites as required, including fly-in/fly-out assignments.
• Translate readiness requirements into opportunities during ramp-up and startup.
