Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be university/college graduates with relevant skills
• Preferred bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical, or process engineering
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and maintenance of Operational Readiness plans, schedules, and tracking tools
• Support readiness assessments and milestone reviews through project execution
• Help identify activities to prepare operations and maintenance teams for equipment startup and turnover
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, project management, training, and safety teams
• Facilitate meetings, document actions, and track readiness deliverables
• Assist with development, review, and organization of operating procedures, maintenance procedures, and startup documents
• Support training program development and training schedule coordination
• Track training requirements and completion status for operations and maintenance personnel
• Assist in coordinating project turnover activities
• Support equipment commissioning, startup, and post-startup stabilization efforts
