The role focuses on coordinating meetings, managing reporting processes, ensuring compliance with state and funding requirements, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, manage special projects, and contribute to performance reporting and process improvements that enhance service delivery in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/healthcare/public administration or related field.
• Minimum five years in administrative, executive support, project coordination, or operations roles.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or operational teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organizational projects, initiatives, and reporting processes while ensuring deadlines and compliance.
• Support executive leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, travel, and expense tracking.
• Monitor reporting processes to ensure state and funding compliance.
• Manage client grievance and regulatory reporting processes with timely timelines.
• Prepare agendas, track minutes, and maintain required documentation across boards.
• Generate and distribute operational, payroll, compliance, census, and performance reports.
