Qualifications

• Minimum five years in administrative, executive support, or project coordination roles.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating projects and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organizational projects, initiatives, and reporting while meeting deadlines.
• Support leadership through calendar management, meetings, travel, and expenses.
• Monitor reporting processes to ensure compliance with state and funding requirements.
• Serve as liaison for boards by coordinating meetings, materials, minutes, and documentation.
• Prepare agendas, track action items, and distribute operational reports and dashboards.
