Job summary

CMC Group, Inc. seeks a highly organized CME Operations Project Manager to drive strategic initiatives from planning to implementation.

You will partner with operations leaders and cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics, ensuring priorities stay visible and projects progress to execution. The role reports to the EVP of Operations and focuses on delivering improvements in safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity across manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Requires associate's or bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years of project coordination/management experience in operations environments.
• Experience supporting cross-functional capital initiatives or process improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage CME operations projects from concept through closeout.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and success measures.
• Maintain consolidated CME project portfolio with priorities and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, logs, dashboards, and status reports.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure commitments and due dates are met.
• Coordinate projects across manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, quality, IT, and other stakeholders.
