Hyve Solutions is seeking a meticulous logistics professional to plan and manage warehousing, transportation and customer services in a fast-paced environment. You will direct, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle while ensuring policies and material control systems are in place.

You will develop personnel in Operations, maintain inventory controls, coordinate material movements, and liaise with carriers, suppliers and third-party logistics providers to sustain high service levels and

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in a Warehouse/Logistics/Factory environment.
• Background in managing logistics of a factory or similar.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• First-Aid or CPR certification is a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Access, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with computerized order entry and fulfillment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems.
• Development of employees in Operations including training and performance reviews.
• Control warehouse inventory and conduct physical counts.
• Coordinate materials movement and scheduling.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers and third party logistics providers.
• Maintain high inbound/outbound transportation service levels at low cost.
• Monitor vendor routing compliance and inbound lead times.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and safety policies.
