Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City, UT seeks an experienced Logistics/ILS professional to lead integrated logistics activities across the system lifecycle. You will develop and maintain ILS and Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, perform risk analyses, and collaborate with engineering, program management, and manufacturing teams to ensure readiness and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with multiple years of logistics or systems experience.
Graduate degree acceptable with relevant years of related experience.
Extensive integrated logistics experience can substitute for a degree.
Experience in defense or similarly regulated programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated logistics support activities across the system lifecycle.
Create and maintain ILS Plans, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, and related analyses.
Perform risk analyses and translate findings into program recommendations.
Define maintenance concepts for various levels of upkeep.
Assess lifecycle cost drivers to improve readiness and affordability.
Collaborate with engineering, program management, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Present logistics risks and recommendations at reviews.
Use ILS tools and databases to manage data and produce metrics.
Provide mentoring within the ILS discipline and improve processes.
