Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8 years of experience in construction, design, maintenance, or operations (utility experience strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated mastery in scheduling, planning, and operational coordination within utility or construction industries.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and manage complex work activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and maintenance of a rolling 0–12+ week schedule for designated regions, ensuring alignment with priorities and resources.
• Coordinate prerequisites and resources to enable timely work execution and manage real-time work queues.
• Mentor and train planners and lead process improvements for operational standards.
• Forecast personnel, equipment, and material needs to optimize resource allocation and safety.
• Analyze scheduling and work performance, lead monthly reviews and drive standard work practices.
• Engage with supervisors, field leaders, and stakeholders for timely communication on outages and scheduling.
