Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an analytical Operations & Strategy Manager to support large-scale initiatives in manufacturing, supply chain, or data-center environments. You will partner with executives to drive operational excellence through data-driven decision making, metric development, and executive communications.

The role requires strong writing and presentation skills, the ability to synthesize complex data, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams to execute strategic programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, strategy management, program management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, data center inventory, or similarly complex operational environments.
• Experience managing or influencing large programs with significant budgets and resource counts.
• 2-4+ years of experience working directly with external stakeholders and customers.
• Proven experience developing reporting frameworks, metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and written business documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience digesting large volumes of information and summarizing insights for senior leadership.
• Experience with sales reporting, operational reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Experience writing six-pagers and narrative business documents.
• Background in data-driven operational decision making.
• Experience building and improving metric-driven culture and accountability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support operational programs involving multimillion- to multibillion-dollar budgets.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams of approximately 30+ resources across various functions.
• Partner with executive leadership on day-to-day operational and strategic initiatives.
• Develop, track, and report on key business metrics, KPIs, KCLs, and OKRs.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide actionable business insights.
• Create executive-level presentations, business reviews, and written communications for senior stakeholders.
• Analyze operational performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and execution.
• Develop detailed business documents, including six-pagers, BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), strategy reviews, and operational reports.
• Manage reporting related to sales performance, operational execution, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Work with order management, inventory, and execution systems to ensure operational visibility and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategy, operations, and business objectives.
• Translate complex data into concise, high-quality written communications suitable for executive audiences.
