Job summary
gpac seeks an Operations Analyst Manager to lead operational analysis and reporting across manufacturing plants. You will partner with plant leadership, production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, finance and HR to translate data into actionable insights that improve productivity, labor efficiency, and cost control.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business/operations field required.
- 5+ years of experience in operations analysis or manufacturing analytics.
- Strong analytical, data visualization, and reporting skills.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and leadership preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and improvement of plant dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
- Analyze production, labor, downtime, throughput, scrap, quality, inventory and cost data.
- Monitor performance against operational goals across plants.
- Prepare data-driven insights, variance explanations, and corrective actions.
- Develop standardized reporting processes across locations for consistency and accuracy.
- Lead and coach a team of analysts; prioritize work and develop capabilities.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, finance, supply chain and HR to improve processes.
