Job summary

Ferguson is hiring an Operations Manager at our Pflugerville location to lead branch operations and align cross-functional teams. You will manage customer-facing associates and branch functions to enhance safety, quality, and profitability.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership experience, a focus on inventory controls, and the ability to adapt processes as business needs evolve. OSHA/DOT knowledge and MS O365 skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years management/leadership experience with inventory/operational tasks.
• Ability to adapt processes to evolving business requirements.
• Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion development and continuous improvement of management protocols and tools.
• Drive safety, quality and profitability to meet objectives.
• Act as strategic partner on leadership team and liaise across departments to improve operation results.
• Ensure warehouse operation is efficient and successful.
• Handle inventory control in the warehouse.
• Interact with vendors to coordinate inventory returns.
