Job summary

Ferguson Pflugerville is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our branch operations and customer‑facing teams. You will oversee 21 associates and align warehouse, inventory, and vendor coordination to achieve safety, quality, and profitability goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience, 2+ years of leadership, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills to adapt to changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2+ years management/leadership experience with inventory/operational tasks.
• Ability to adapt and change processes to meet evolving business requirements.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills to respond to urgent situations.
• Must be process oriented with good judgment and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team.
• A confirmed understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Strong technical skills including Microsoft O365 applications.

Ferguson is now hiring an Operations Manager to lead business operations in our Pflugerville location! This role provides leadership for our customer‑facing associates and branch functions.

Position Details: Reports to Branch Manager. 21 associates, direct oversight of 5 associates.

Pay Range

• $4,331.70
• $9,529.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
