Qualifications

• Experience in operations, program operations, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Preference given to candidates with life sciences program operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize internal operational systems and digital tools to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with external partners to resolve challenges.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the employee experience.
• Establish clear processes, documentation, and tracking to promote consistency and accountability.
• Oversee the office environment, supplies, and workspace readiness.
• Lead program operations, vendor management, and event logistics to ensure high-quality delivery.
