Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Business Development Operations and Intelligence Associate to support external innovation efforts. Based in hybrid Indianapolis, you’ll streamline systems, manage BD data repositories, and lead cross‑functional initiatives with AI/automation.

You will oversee global CRM/SharePoint, develop leadership dashboards, and coordinate procurement, onboarding, and compliance activities. The role requires strong PM skills and 7+ years in pharma/biotech or academia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a scientific/medical field.
• Minimum 7 years in pharma/biotech or academia research.
• Strong project management.
• Understanding of external innovation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage global CRM and SharePoint repositories.
• Identify and implement process improvements with automation and AI.
• Oversee Lilly Bengaluru BD Operations team (~4-6 members).
• Support routine reporting and dashboard development for leadership.
• Facilitate right-to-operate activities including procurement, compliance, and onboarding.
