Job summary

AgriNovus Indiana, an initiative of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to maintain and grow our organizational workflows. You will support programs, manage events, and coordinate systems while safeguarding data integrity and cross-functional collaboration.

The position reports to the Vice President and offers hybrid work from our 16 Tech location in Downtown Indianapolis, with opportunities to engage the agbioscience ecosystem

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations management or project management.
• Demonstrated experience managing and documenting data within Salesforce (Certifications are a strong plus).
• Proven track record of coordinating and managing event logistics from conception to completion.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support ongoing operations and execution of key programs, including podcasts and Field Atlas initiatives.
• Execute and optimize day-to-day workflows, procedures, systems, and governance to drive program efficiency.
• Assist with event logistics for industry events, roundtables, and internal meetings.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce, track engagement pipelines and KPIs.
• Coordinate credit card, invoices, expenses, payments, contracts, and monthly submissions.
• Partner with leadership and program teams to support strategic initiatives and onboarding/offboarding.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders within the agbioscience community.
