Job summary

BioCrossroads, the life sciences initiative of Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to advance operational excellence across the organization. Working with the COO and across teams, this role owns internal operations, tech, financial processes, contracts, people operations, vendor management, and program/event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize internal operational systems, workflows, and digital tools to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Oversee finance-related processes and contract workflows from initiation to renewal or closeout.
• Lead program operations, vendor management, and event logistics in alignment with program objectives.
• Manage Salesforce data entry, quality, and reporting, and improve platform functionality where needed.
• Coordinate planning, milestones, and delivery for programs and events; ensure high-quality execution.
