Job summary

Altitude Aerospace seeks an Operations Manager to keep programs on track across contracts and internal systems. Hybrid role in Portland, OR, four days on-site per week; reports to CEO and partners with PMO, Engineering, HR, and Procurement.

You will align promises with tracking data, improve information flow, and standardize processes as we scale. Requires 4+ years in operations, contract administration, and ability to read contracts and POs; proficient with SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, or contract administration.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and POs.
• Strong organization and follow through.
• Clear communication across teams and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Track program status, hours, and risks with PMO.
• Review POs against contracts; flag and resolve mismatches with customers.
• Keep contract documentation and change tracking current.
• Help resolve customer issues related to delivery or documentation.
• Improve how we use SharePoint, Monday.com, Teams, and other tools.
• Support rollout of payroll, HR tools, and document management systems.
• Standardize processes as the company grows.
• Ensure timely delivery of information to the right people.
