Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Strategic Operations - Health System Experience to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across our health system portfolio.

The role requires strong analytical and execution skills with a background in strategy, operations, or related fields, particularly within healthcare or life sciences. Travel is occasional as needed to support internal meetings and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6+ years of experience in one or more: management consulting, healthcare consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategic operations, corporate strategy, business transformation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Proven project management experience leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, strategic recommendations, and business cases.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, written communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with HSE leadership to support strategic planning and portfolio-wide initiatives.
• Define, measure, and accelerate key success metrics and objectives across health system accounts.
• Use data to identify opportunities, measure performance, and support leadership decision-making.
• Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior leaders.
• Lead cross-functional projects from scoping through implementation with accountability for timely execution.
• Support account planning, renewal readiness, growth opportunities, and operational initiatives.
