Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager in Chicago, IL to partner with the Executive Leadership Team on growth initiatives, operational transformation, and enterprise strategy. Ideal candidates bring experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, management consulting, or corporate strategy and are looking for a leadership-track role in a fast-growing healthcare company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or similar.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Experience building executive presentations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with Executive Leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
Develop financial models, business cases, investment analyses, and executive recommendations.
Work with regional operations teams to identify and execute revenue growth and operational initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments.
Support executive decision-making through data-driven insights.
Assist with board presentations and leadership reporting.
Evaluate new business opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion plans.
Drive transformation projects and optimize organizational performance.
