Job summary

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Manager of Strategic Operations - Health System Experience (HSE) to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the health system portfolio. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in consulting or corporate strategy within healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or life sciences.

You will report to Strategic Operations leadership and collaborate with the Senior VP of Strategic Accounts & Health System Experience and the broader HSE leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6+ years of experience in management consulting, healthcare consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategic operations, corporate strategy or business transformation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities; translate data into insights.
• Proven project management experience leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and business cases.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to support strategic planning and portfolio-wide initiatives.
• Define, measure and accelerate key success metrics across health system accounts.
• Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and support leadership decisions.
• Develop executive presentations, dashboards and strategic recommendations for senior leaders and clients.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects from scoping through execution.
• Support account planning, renewal readiness and growth opportunities across the health system portfolio.
• Create scalable processes, tools and operating models to improve efficiency and visibility.
