Kearney is seeking a Manager for Strategic Operations (SOP) to contribute to the growth of our SOP practice across the Americas. You will lead client engagements, shape strategies, and drive practical results with collaborative teams.

You will work with a diverse group of professionals, mentoring colleagues, and delivering on engagements that enhance client competitiveness in a dynamic market. MBA and consulting experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• MBA preferred with 8+ years of professional experience.
• Experience working as a Management Consultant required.
• Experience managing proposal writing efforts; participating in pitches for consulting work; developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships.
• Passion for leading teams and mentoring colleagues.
• Have managed at least one major workstream of the business design.
• This role requires approximately 50–80% travel, based on client and business needs.
