Job summary

Kearney seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive growth in our Strategic Operations practice. You will work with clients to define and implement practical strategies that deliver both short-term results and lasting competitive advantage, leveraging a diverse team across sites.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in consulting, a master’s degree (engineers preferred) or equivalent experience, and are willing to travel 50–80% to client locations in the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience
• Management consulting experience preferred
• Master's degree (engineers preferred) OR undergraduate degree with relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define and implement strategies that deliver short-term results and long-term competitiveness.
• Work with diverse teams across client sites to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support the SOP practice growth and build strong client relationships through delivering value.
