Kearney is seeking a Manager to advance our Strategic Operations (SOP) practice in the United States. You will guide client engagements, craft strategies, and mentor teams to deliver both quick wins and lasting competitive advantage.

Ideal candidates have an MBA (preferred) and 8+ years of management consulting experience, with strong leadership and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel 50–80% and relocate to major cities is required.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with 8+ years consulting experience.
• Experience managing proposal writing and client pitches.
• Willing to relocate to major US/Canada cities and travel 50–80%.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams on client engagements.
• Develop and manage major workstreams of business design.
• Drive proposals, bids, and new business within accounts.
• Collaborate with clients to implement strategies for short-term wins and long-term competitiveness.
• Coordinate with global teams across the SOP practice.
