Kearney seeks an Associate in our Strategic Operations (SOP) practice to contribute to client engagements across manufacturing and supply chain topics. You will define and implement strategies that deliver short-term results and long-term competitiveness, collaborating with clients and colleagues globally.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, MBA or advanced degree preferred with 5–10 years of consulting experience, and willingness to travel 50–80% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Functional experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Digital Manufacturing, Engineering/Continuous Improvement.
• Willingness to relocate to target cities or be located near them.
• MBA preferred with 5–10 years of professional experience; consulting experience strongly preferred.
